NATIONAL PRIMARY
Introduction
Lodge National Primary School offers the the Ministry of Education Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Rendah (KSSR) or The Standard Curriculum for Primary School) for students aged 7 - 12 years old. In Level 1 (Primary 1 to 3) emphasis on the 3R - Reading, Writing and Arithmetic. At the end of 6 years primary education, the students sit for the UPSR (Ujian Penilaian Sekolah Rendah).
In Lodge National Primary School, extra time is allocated to the learning of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. The various enrichment programmes (for which Lodge credits its academic excellence to) are provided for English, Mathematics and Science. Through these programmes, students are given a strong foundation in the English language as well as creative and critical thinking skills to master the study of science and mathematics.
Curriculum
NATIONAL SECONDARY
Introduction
Lodge National Secondary School follows the Malaysian National Secondary School Curriculum. At the end of the third year, students sit for the PT3 (Pentaksiran Tingkatan 3) .
At the end of the fifth year , they sit for the SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) examination and also we offer the student the option of Dual Certification where they can sit for Cambridge IGCSE.
